At ESCO, a primary need from the Creative Services Department was a complete revamp of the training materials. Management felt that if we had a video that could talk about all the important aspects of the job before one started, they'd be better suited to build upon that basic foundation. I agreed!

As a part of Tarleton's Strategic Plan: Tarleton Forward, the university is offering grants to teachers who implement a new way of learning in their class rooms. Tarleton is minimizing our use of text books as we continue to grow to decrease monetary strain on students, keep information in our studies up to date, and propel ourselves into the future of education.
